3. What do I need when getting a Wezago device?
You need a 6 months mpesa statement for credit scoring and an active sim card.
4. Who qualifies for a wezago device?
Everyone can qualify on wezago if they have been using their mpesa for a minimum period of 6 months.
5. What are the payment plans available on wezago?
A customer is allowed to pay a phone in a period of 1 month minimum and 3 months maximum. Daily, weekly or monthly.
6. Can I change my payment plan?
Yes you can change the payment plan before paying for a specific order. The payment plan cannot be changed once the deposit is paid.
7. How do I pay for my phone loan?
Go to your mpesa menu. Choose lipa na mpesa. Enter the Paybill option. Enter Business number is 4076063. Enter account (customer's phone number). Enter amount then send.
8. Is my phone locked immediately or is there a grace period to pay?
There is a grace period of 1 to 2 days upon request.
9. Can I get more than one device on credit?
Yes you can but you must have completed paying for the first phone.
10. Can I make loan payments on another number?
Yes you can, just that you have to enter the registered phone number as the account number.
11. What should I do if I lose my phone and I haven't finished paying my loan?
You can always have another device but first finish the initial payment, wezago can only lock the phone and make sure that no one uses the device.
12. Are there other services under wezago?
You can always get commissions when you refer customers to wezago and they purchase any device.
13. What happens when my phone gets damaged?
All devices that are sold on wezago have warranty cards that cater for all the technical issues during the period. This is facilitated by the brands service centers.
14. Can I return or exchange a device after or before purchasing it?
No! Goods once sold cannot be returned.
15. Can I change the order?
Yes. An order can be changed before paying the deposit.
